Websites You Need Open #
Open these websites in different tabs and sign in to each.

How To Change The Date On Each #
Analytics – top right > click on the dates > select Monday & Sunday dates (week should highlight blue)
Google Ads – top right > click on the dates > select Monday & Sunday dates (week should highlight blue)
Facebook – top right > click on the dates > select Monday & Sunday dates (week should highlight gray)
Where To Find Each Data #
Analytics
- Users
- Left hand column > Reports > Acquisition > Traffic Acquisition
- It is the number under Users and above 100% of total (view highlighted below)
2. Conversions (under Users row)
- Left hand column > Engagement > Conversions
- Copy the correct numbers into the spreadsheet (view highlighted below)
3. Filtered Conversions (under Google Ads section)
- Left hand column > Engagement > Conversions
- Click on the Filter icon (circled below) > a pop up will show on the right hand side
- Click into “Select Dimension” and type “First User Defualt Channel Group”
- Under Match Type > select Exactly Matches
- Under Value select Paid > Click Apply right bottom corner
- Copy the correct numbers into the spreadsheet
Google Ads
- Total Budget
- Left hand column > Campaigns
- Scroll down > whatever the number is in the column next to Total: Account x by 7 (view below)
- That is the budget per day, x by 7 to = weekly budget
2. Cost
- Still in Conversions > Slide accross until you see the Cost column
- The number at the very bottom is the number that goes in the spreadsheet (see below)
3. Clicks
- Still in Conversions > Slide accross until you see the Clicks column
- The number at the very bottom is the number that goes in the spreadsheet (see below)
Facebook Ads
- Logging In
- Once logged into Ben’s account > on the left click Ads manager
- Select the drop down up the top left next to Campaigns > Select the account you are after
- Don’t forget to change the dates
2. Ad Spend
- Scroll across until you see Amount Spent column
- The number at the bottom is what you put in the spreadsheet
3. Reach
- Scroll across until you see Reach column
- The number at the bottom is what you put in the spreadsheet
4. Impressions
- Scroll across until you see Impressions column
- The number at the bottom is what you put in the spreadsheet
5. Link Clicks
- Scroll across until you see Link Click column
- If there is no Link Click button: Click Columns: Performance dropdown > Customize Columns > scroll until you see Link Clicks > tick it > click Apply
- Now find the column, the number at the bottom is what you put in the spreadsheet
