Queens Park Medical Centre provides community-minded medical care for residents of Queens Park and the surrounding areas. The team of doctors have more than 20 years’ experience in general practice. The Centre is at the centre of the local community. It’s, therefore, paramount that the Centre has a clear, informative and simple website that patients can access at any time of the day or night.

The team at Queens Park Medical Centre had a website that was sufficient but lacked polish. They knew results could be better. They wanted to showcase their services in the best way possible. They also wanted to make their appointment-making process easier and more streamlined. Our brief was to create a site that focused on local areas, provided more information and that made it easier for customers to book appointments.

The new site was launched in February 2018. Since that time there has been an incredible 249% increase in monthly traffic and a 17.81% conversion rate up from 10.97%. Both patients and staff are happier too.
