The Ocean Beach Hotel on Marine Parade, Cottesloe is billed as one of WA’s living landmarks. There is always something going on at the OBH, so it was crucial to build a bright, welcoming, informative site that encouraged potential customers to find out more.

A huge issue that was impeding the online success of the Ocean Beach Hotel was that their former website was not mobile responsive and was difficult to navigate. It, therefore, did not deliver many leads. Our brief was to create a site that generated function enquiries, accommodation enquiries, restaurant bookings and in-person visits.

The new site was launched in December 2017. There was a steady increase in traffic over time in line with the seasonality of the business as well as a 6.27% conversion rate.
