Funworks is an online lolly shop that also has bricks and mortar branches in Perth, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide. Due to the nature of their business, it’s crucial for Funworks to have an easy-to-navigate website that is visually appealing.
Funworks engaged Boltblue Web & Marketing to refine their original website that was working okay but there was room to improve – the ultimate goal being more sales. With this vision in mind, we wanted to re-work the site with a focus on getting the conversion up and on optimising the pages to drive more traffic.
The improved Funworks site was launched in January 2017. There was a 417% increase in traffic over 18 months. Additionally, the e-commerce conversion rate is 2.82% up from 0.8%.
