Ocean Beach Backpackers, Perth is a beach-side hostel that’s conveniently located in Perth. The hostel overlooks the amazing Cottesloe beach and the beautiful Indian Ocean. There are 5 room options to choose from. Because of the nature of the business, it’s crucial that Ocean Beach Backpackers has a strong internet presence so tourists from all over the world can avail of their services.

Their old site was not mobile responsive and was difficult to navigate. In today’s world of accessing the internet on the go, Ocean Beach Backpackers was losing custom. They needed a site that’s easily accessible via all platforms as well as being simple to use. Our brief was to cut out all the former steps to create a booking. So, we created a simpler site that directs clients to get a quote.

The site was launched in November 2017. There was a steady increase in traffic over time in line with the seasonality of the business along with a healthy 14.45% conversion rate.
